QUALITY & COMPLIANCE

Documented, not asserted

Every claim on this page comes with a standard behind it, because a builder’s QA file needs a document, not a promise.

WHAT IT MEANS ON SITE

Three things that actually go wrong, and what we do about them

Late joinery holds up handover

Lead times are quoted against your build programme and delivered in build sequence, not as one container you have nowhere to store.

Finishes do not match the approval

A physical finishes board is signed off before production. What arrives is what was approved, per unit type.

Damaged or short-shipped items

Every delivery is itemised against the unit schedule so a shortage is identified at unload, not at fit-off.

QUESTIONS WE GET ASKED

Before you specify

Can you supply documentation for our QA file?

Yes. E1 and CARB compliance statements, EN717-1 test references and hardware specifications are issued with the order.

What is the minimum project size?

We have supplied projects from 3 villas to 1,100 apartments. Below about 20 units the economics work best on a whole-house package rather than kitchens alone.

What are typical lead times?

Manufacturing is made-to-order. Indicative lead times are quoted with your schedule and confirmed at sign-off, then held against your delivery sequence.

Do you handle installation?

We supply and deliver to site. Installation is normally carried out by your own joinery trade, and we provide the setout information they need.

Can we see and touch the finishes first?

Yes. A finishes board is produced for sign-off before anything goes into production.

Who manufactures the product?
